Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to GulfNext. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• All original accessories, tags, and packaging are included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personal care and beauty products

• Health and hygiene products

• Underwear and intimate wear

• Perishable goods

• Gift cards

• Items marked as Final Sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
